The 3 bedroom apartment was ideal for 6 people with 2 king beds for adult couples and 2 single beds for kids. Excellent location with city center within 2 km walk. Ground level parking for 1-2 vehicles. Ocean view somewhat obscured by trees in the park across the street. The beach view featured in the website photos was taken before the park was developed.. The apartment was very well equipped with cooking and eating utensels with cooktop stove, microwave oven, baking oven, toaster, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Independent air conditioning for living room/dining room/ kitchen space and bedrooms. The hot water pressure was very low in all the taps in the apartment. This was apparently common to the entire building because there was no remedy offered. The water jet system in the master bedroom didn’t work. The reception office operates only between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are arriving early or later, be sure you receive a code for the key locker from the management at least 24 hours before arrival. Due to miscommunication and flight delays we arrived at 1 am with 2 screaming toddlers and no key code and had to rouse the owner on the emergency phone to get into the building. We got in only because our taxi driver had run into this before at Water's Edge and talked us through the process.

Great size apartment with awesome views (top floor). Location was good (about 10 min walk to heart of cairns). Opposite muddies cafe which is a nice spot but always busy. Tip - the Indonesian cafe next door is a hidden gem. Overall great apartment for a family or group of friends. Will stay again with a group or family

Stunning apartment, right on the Esplanade. Great views of the ocean and only a 10 minute walk to the centre for food, drinks etc. Muddy’s cafe is opposite who do a fabulous breakfast.

We have a lovely stay at waters edge, located over the road from muddy’s (kids playground, cafe, water play) short walk to city along the esplanade board walk. Spacious apartment with a great view. My only negative was it wasn’t pram friendly, had to carry pram up/down stairs to get to the lift from both entrances

Family group

Our family of 7 stayed in unit 1 for 7 nights. The unit was spacious with enough room for a large group. The direct access to the pool was a big hit with our children and saved the fuss of packing up the family for a trek to the pool every time the kids wanted a swim. Muddys park and cafe directly across the road was handy for the kids to wear themselves out every day, The staff where all friendly and accommodating, including the house keeping who happened to come every day to service our room when our disabled daughter was sleeping. We would definitely recommend this accomodation to our family and friends. The only negatives would be the amount of glass furniture and breakable decor with kids was concerning, we had to move a large amount of breakable items out of our children’s reach. The sun from dawn till after noon was scorching on the front patio and in the pool, some form of shade would be amazing to take advantage of the great location and the swim out pool. Overall a fantastic unit, staff and location.

This apartment was in a great position walk along the boardwalk to the pier, restaurants, shop and the marina with an amazing view from the verandah. Nice pool to swim in. Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely visit again.

Well first of all there is nothing wrong with the property itself it is the location of the property that is the problem .Directly across the road is a large council playground and a Cafe called Muddy’s , well from about 7am to 7pm everyday all you hear if you have the windows or sliding door open is screaming kids , delivery trucks , and cars coming and going. The only way we could get any peace and quite was to shut all the doors and windows. Would not recommend to anyone who wants some peace and quiet.

The swim out apartment was amazing. Close to Muddys playground and a lovely walk to the shops. The only thing we didn’t like was that the bbq area was not near the pool instead it was out the back where it was hard to get to.

就学前の子連れの家族旅行で利用しました。 ホテル前にまず遊びにも出来るプレイグラウンドもあり、ホテルのプールやエスプラネードラグーンとともに滞在中満喫しました。街の中心からは少し離れますが、徒歩でスーパーにも行けますしとても良い立地だと思います。 コンドミニアムですが、毎日ゴミの収集やタオル交換がありベッドメイキングもしてくれます。おかげで洗濯の回数も少なくて済みました。調理器具も一通り揃っておりお米を炊いたりカレーを作ったりして過ごしました。清掃時に日本人のスタッフもいて安心できました。 またケアンズに行く時はこのホテルを利用したいと思います！
