This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns.

The management were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious and of good upkeep. The grounds were well kept and the swimming pool clean and maintained. Just a few steps to the bus stops and shops. Only thing that needs attention in the studio apartment we had, was that the bathroom and shower were in need of renewal.

Lack of working powerpoints. Unsecure wifi Staying a long time means you need to provide your own toilet paper. Towels only changed on request. (Once upon a time fresh towels and toiletries including toilet paper would have been provided daily. I don't mind 3 days using a towel but one shouldn't have to ask. 3 people using the same toilet can get through toilet paper very fast.) Not good if your stay is long.
