Convenience to where we needed to be was good. The hotel needs some serious maintenance and TLC! Additionally, it would be better if the restaurant was actually opened now.

The room looked great, and the bed was very comfy. the view was nice from our room and we overlooked the swimming pool. My only two concerns were no power points that we could see near the bed, which meant I could not use my medical device, and the bathroom vanity was leaking while the shower connection sprayed directly to the ceiling.

I really love Wahhna the receptionist as she's very kind, friendly and great too chat with and really looks after me. I heard that there was a break in and someone grabbed the master key and went thru the rooms...not sure if it's true or not.

Location was great for our needs. Place could do with a revamp. Curtains and fittings in need of replacing. Air conditioner and repairs to wall from water damage needed. However bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Tissues and bath gel would be a good addition. Noticed reception area a bit drab. Needs a vacuum and a brighter painting to the wall. Staff very nice.

Usually stay at this property and this visit would possibly be our last . There were unruly guests that were in room beside us that forced us to vacate our room around 12am the nest morning - I was unable to get the required amount of sleep for my next days work . Unstaisfactory.

Fridge's freezer iced over. Inside fridge was dirty. water kettle dirty. I booked for a week, and I got only 2 sachets of coffee, 2 sugars. 2 milk. 2 glasses NOT CLEAN . health risk. 2 cups dirty. Shower is Mouldy. water rose drips. seal on bath leaks. No tissues.

The rooms are very dated and lack airflow, the room was messy, an old blanket on the beds caused itchyness and I felt like I was getting bites on my legs and body. The bathroom had no fan, the bathroom floor had water run the full way across, no actual shower area. Fan was covered in dust and I would not turn it on as it was layered on the fan blades. Staff reception staff were very lovely, and the on site parking was appreciated. Overall if I had known what I was going in to then fine, but I felt the photos did not match the property and the cancellation policy did not allow for me to have a change in mind.

Nice lady at the concierge. Concierge operational time is limited from 9:00am to 3:00pm and not on the weekend. None to talk to for support and/or help during other hours. Only a given emergency phone number, but no telephone in the room. Rooms are cleaned only at your arrival. After that, no room cleaning and vacuuming for the entire duration of the stay. No lights at night tables, only one ceiling light. At night you can't read if your partner needs to sleep. Old stained carpet.

Disappointing stay

Was very disappointed in the condition of all the linen. Towels and sheets were NOT white or clean. Towels had stains on them. We were not supplied with hand towel or face washer. One tiny cake of soap was all that was provided. There was no blanket for bed anywhere or a quilt/bedspread. Curtains on window were not hanging very well. Bed mattress needs to be updated as it was uncomfortable to try and turn in. The room smelt of a mouldy aroma. Aircon needs to be cleaned. Filthy on top of it.

We were quiet dissatisfied with this accomodation. We made a booking for the deluxa spa suite and had paid the full amount when booked weeks prior. When we first pulled up we had actually thought that we had gotten the wrong address as it was a completely different colour and upkeep than what is advertised. We made a complaint after arrival about the room we were placed in asking for a room change - we were only offered a down grade loosing the spa bath as we required a kitchenette staying here for 7 nights and was fully booked. No partial refund. the bar fridge was half the size of the one advertised, Stains on the carpet, Doors to bedroom difficult to close, bedside draw in bedroom is not the correct draw for the unit, Sink plug did not fit (located underneath sink) had to use bath plug instead, Only a ladle available for cooking utensil with limited cooking equipment - we purchased spatula, tongs and strainer. Marked curtains falling off railing, no mention of shared balcony, outdoor furnishing contained 3 chairs only. No safe in room as advertised. Hairs found in the bed, dead bug on bench. Cracked benches, no power points available in bedroom. Balcony door and suite door which is connecting to the next accomodation not locked on our arrival. Room change was also rundown. False advertising, looks nothing like the photos - Room and complex extremely outdated and rundown - in need of some serious maintance and tlc. Smelly odours in room and throughout property. See pics
