"We had an excellent experience staying at the Sonesta in Puerto Rico. From check-in we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The grounds are beautiful and very clean. Everything about the hotel made us feel like we could relax and have a good vacation. The location was also very convenient. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants as well as everything we wanted to do while there. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and spending time outdoors which was beautiful. The room was comfortable and CLEAN! Throughout our stay they kept it immaculate. The biggest thing that hit me was their hospitality. The staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful any time we needed something. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Sonesta Puerto Rico. Will definitely stay here again."
