"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte, eine kleine Bar sowie ein kleines Bistro unmittelbar an der Kirche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich habe nichts vermisst! "The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet at times. The hotel itself is older and somewhat dated in certain areas, but it has a classic charm that fits the property well. While some updates could be beneficial, the exceptional service more than made up for it."
