Overall a comfortable stay. Great location!

Overall, the room I had was clean and comfortable. The toilet seat was a little bit loose, and the shower could have been cleaner, but for the price it was a good value.

Mancanza di ospitalità

La struttura offre il self check-in. Purtroppo le indicazioni riguardo il check-in sono arrivate più tardi dell’orario stabilito e i codici per ritirare la chiave erano errati. Quando siamo finalmente riusciti ad accedere alla stanza abbiamo purtroppo trovato la stanza molto sporca, con peli capelli e polvere in tutti gli angoli. Abbiamo mandato le foto all’host che senza il nostro permesso ha mandato una persona a pulire nuovamente la nostra stanza. Purtroppo questa persona è entrata in camera senza il nostro permesso mentre riposavamo e ci ha disturbati. In generale ci dispiace molto per come è andato il nostro soggiorno ma vorremmo usare questo canale della recensione per comunicare a chi gestisce la struttura che nelle loro stanze manca completamente il concetto di ospitalità. Non è in questo modo che si gestisce nessun tipo di struttura ricettiva. Chi si occupa della gestione dovrebbe soffermarsi sul fatto che la struttura non fa sentire a casa e comodi gli ospiti. All’ingresso nel portone si trovano 4 bidoni per la spazzatura che puzzano, la struttura è sporca, le chiavi utilizzate per le stanze non offrono alcuna privacy, non è presente il sapone per le mani, sono presenti secchi di pittura utilizzati per fare dei lavori di muratura nel bagno in maniera inspiegabile.

Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Comunicazione scarsa e poco efficace. Tanti errori nelle istruzioni per il check in. Poca flessibilità e disponibilità. Pulizia non ottimale. Tante cose da rivedere. Non consiglierei assolutamente la struttura, né ci tornerò.
