"Foyer is a suite of lovely rooms with a light and airy breakfast room. It has everything you could want for a comfortable stay with a touch of luxury. Breakfast is an ample buffet with a good choice and the new town location is leafy and peaceful. If you need secure parking, a small fee gets you a gated space behind the building. Best of all, owner Fernando is a charming host who is happy to suggest itineraries, places to eat and lovely walks in and around Cagliari. "

"Loved this place. A bit of a hike to the old town but not an issue for me. Breakfast was satisfactory. No change from day to day. Option to have dinner at a special guest rate was best decision I made. Been traveling through Europe for a month now. This was the best meal and a great value. Only gripe—- for such an excellent accommodation, they have perhaps the worse towels in all of Europe. Extremely coarse. Would definitely stay again though!"

"The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated an early checkin. The room looked to be newly remodelled, very clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes/muffins each day, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt and more. Although the street itself is not atmospheric, you’re less than 5 mins walk away from restaurants, cafes and shops and the hosts were very helpful in offering up suggestions and providing directions."

There is no front desk here you must contact the property manager in advance. I recommend contacting Martina at 393891989499 via WhatsApp to get the check-in instructions. Free breakfast at the nearby café. Good coffee and croissants. Free parking on the street. Comfortable bed. Fridge, desk, and wardrobe. Wi-Fi has proper speed, but the connection...

"Stayed 6 nights for business trip. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I will consider staying here again if I have a chance. Not very close to the downtown (not too far neither), but there are many shops and restaurants around. Nice and clean throughout the property (room, bed, bathroom). The owners run the property, and they are very nice. I had an early flight back, and they were kind enough to give me a ride to the airport at 5:30am."

"Modernt, fräscht o rymligt boende beläget i lugn del av Cagliaris gamla stadsdel. 20min walk till tåg och busstation för utflykt till exempelvis bergsby eller stränder. Ett boende och resmål vi gärna återkommer till!"

"The rooms and space was clean, recently remodeled or new and very functional. Relatively large room for Europe and location is in a good spot close to everything. Downsides are that there is limited street (and all paid) parking around and the complex is really just a converted apartment with rooms. The room is really basic - nothing but a bed and a bathroom (no coffee, no breakfast, no extras). Compared to other places we’ve visited in Sardegna, this spot is overpriced for value received....

"Location is great! Plenty of restaurants, bars and caffes nearby. Although it is a busy area, it's not noisy. Comfortable and clean room. Big bathroom. There are a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. "

"I thought i was lost because the front of the bldg was not as advertised. But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie. A mini or smart car) which would have been a nightmare in citt parallel parking. The place was clean and in a great location near old town."

"Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even little things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. It was a great location to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The host, Loredana is the best! She was so accomadating and had the best personality! Highly recommended!"

"What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island!...
