Great hotell in the hart of Cagliari. Awesome and friendly staff. Only and minimum downside was the horn sound all the door mak when you open them. The rest was great

The room was great, they just need to make sure lights are on while coming up the stairs. It gets very dark while walking up to 3 floor. Its veru dark at night. Location is great and easy access to the city. Finding a parking is not an easy task.

What a great place to stay! It’s a busy and happening area, and only a 10 min or so walk (uphill) from the train station. The B&B room was very spacious and clean, as well as very comfortable. I also felt very taken care of by the staff, not only did they work to find out my arrival time to welcome me, but they also provided me restaurant recommendations, and ordered me an airport transfer for an early morning departure, as well as left me breakfast items to have so that I didn’t go without. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Andrea was very responsive by Whatsapp and email. It all went smoothly. One problem...not easily directly accessible by taxi, and some walking is involved to get to the room once out of the taxi, but it is not far...part of this caused by confusion of the drivers as to where you can be let off to enter the BB, or picked up, because it is along a pedestrian-only road. Staff was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for the money.

We could not have been more thrilled with the warm welcome we received upon our arrival. She was so warm and friendly and even offered to book our taxi for the next morning! The room was spacious and clean. In the morning, we enjoyed another warm welcome and a delicious breakfast. When we departed, a very genuine thank you!

Ok for the price we paid

The location of the accomodation is in the heart of the town. The room was normal, nothing special. The view is nothing to see, not even the sun and because of that the air inside the room is not the best. Breakfast ok, repetitive. They advise free baby cot but they actually charged me 10 euros!

The entrance and breakfast area was tight. I would not bring loud children here as it is more of an apartment converted into rooms. I liked the location; monuments within walking distance and pedestrian only street.

The property was beautiful and very well located. The hosts were also very accommodating and made the check in and check out process easy for us even though we both arrived and departed outside of their normal working hours. Great stay at Eva’s. It is a small guest house. Andrea was excellent in providing options for meals and things to do. We were in a superior room so had a bit more space, glad we did. The continental breakfast was delicious and the cappuccinos where phenomenal - not sure what they do to make them do good. Easy walking, right on the pedestrian street. Parking in the area is a bit of a challenge, there is street parking around but it can take time to find a spot.
