Dear Alexander Martin Turrillas, I'm sorry to learn that your stay at Dome B&B didn't meet your expectations. Since you didn't explain the reason for your dissatisfaction, which is rather surprising given our all excellent reviews, I'd like to reciprocate by pointing out my perspective on your behavior as a guest. I'll start by saying that I struggle to find a more deplorable example of contempt for someone else's work. You have consistently ignored all communication from us before check-in and during the stay; due to your lack of consideration in not responding, organizing the self check-in turned into a nightmare. In the following days you tried to tamper with the room's power system by replacing your badge with an unauthorized card to keep the air conditioner running all day. Lastly, even though the check-out must be done promptly by 10:30 AM, you stayed in the room without notice until the noon, causing issues with the room service. The thing that surprises me the most is that I have never made you feel the weight of your unforgivable shortcomings; on the contrary, I have tried to assist you with the utmost discretion throughout the entire stay - we even lent you a beach umbrella for free! In conclusion, I think the most deplorable thing about this misleading review is your lack of respect for other potential guests, as it does not reflect your real experience and the quality of our service. I hope you will learn good manners and how to respect others.
