The property is located in the Castello district (Casteddu in Sardinian), the city’s main historic district, characterised by ancient walls, Pisan towers, narrow medieval streets, and landmarks such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria and the Bastion of Saint Remy.

Waste Management (mandatory)

During their stay, guests must dispose of trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city; instead, door-to-door collection is provided, so only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept in the house.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 200.00 euros being charged to the guest.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
