"There is no swimming pool and the restaurant is overpriced. However staff is very helpful and can book very good restaurants. They also advised on sightseeing and car rental. Better than average 4 star hotel "

"I spent 4 nights at Regina Margherita and am very glad to say that everything worked very well. The hotel is situated in the center of town and from there one can easily access many parts of town. I do not have information about parking and I did not use the bar but it looked cool and working until 11.30-12 at night if needed be."

"Booked VIP suite solely for the private sauna. It can only be operated via touchscreen mounted on the wall, which was not working properly. On a 3 day stay, maintenance and hotel staff members were in our room for two of those days trying to repair it, but ultimately were unsuccessful. We never used the sauna. Aside from that, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is very clean and beautiful. Without the sauna issue, I would definitely rate it 5 stars."

"The staff were very nice, the room spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. Unfortunately, I did struggle to sleep past 8am because I could hear so much noise from other people in the hotel - perhaps it was just the one room I had. On the whole, however, it was great!"

"Our stay at Casa Clàt was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. While the location is objectively perfect for exploring the heart of Cagliari—which is obvious the moment you look at a map—it is the food and the people that truly make this hotel world-class. I know every hotel greets their guests, but the warmth and personal connection here felt remarkably genuine and never overbearing. Every single person on the team was a complete delight. While they all spoke perfect English, they graciously allowed us to practice our Italian, never making us feel discouraged by our mistakes. It made the entire experience feel much more personal and immersive. The service truly went above and beyond on our final day. When the chef learned we were departing too early for the standard breakfast, she proactively offered to pack us a takeaway meal. She didn’t just throw something together; she included all the specific items she knew we had enjoyed during our stay and carefully accounted for our allergies. This level of proactive care is rare. Between the amazing staff and the top-tier dining, this was an unforgettable experience. We cannot recommend Casa Clàt highly enough! "
