  • The property is located in the historic neighborhood of Villanova, founded in the 13th century at the foot of the eastern slope of the hill on which Castello stands, along with Cagliari’s four other historic neighborhoods. It is just a short walk from the historic center, and the extensive redevelopment work carried out in this neighborhood has made it one of the most elegant and eco-friendly in Cagliari. The apartment is located on the second floor of a newly renovated building equipped with an elevator. It is furnished in keeping with the elegance of its surroundings and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom, and a bathroom. The bright, airy rooms, combined with the breathtaking view of the Castello neighborhood that you can enjoy from the balcony, will allow you to experience moments of complete relaxation. Accommodation well equipped et well located. Place very quiet and close to thé center. We recommend it

The apartment was as advertised and was very clean. Aurora was an excellent and helpful host. The only reason for not giving a 5/5 rating is that parking near the apartment is very difficult, and the closest pay parking garage is about a 10 minute walk up hill to get to the apartment (not fun when toting luggage at the end of a long day).
