"The website offered a pool and free breakfast included. When we arrived it had neither. The carpets were filthy, the bathtub had no means to plug the tub and was dirty. The internet offered did not work. This hotel chain had apparently recently been purchased and is undergoing reno. I think it's bad business to continue using the facilities in a state of despair while undergoing reno. It should be closed during reno. And it is false advertisement to offer amenities that are not truly available....

"The hotel was just as we expected it to be . well staffed and clean. breakfast buffet was VERY nice and the gal kept refilling everything as it was used. SO quiet also and we were close to the lobby. I will return next year for the tennis tournament and stay there."
