Lovely hotel convenient for the centre of Caen, restuarants and transport links. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The day before we arrived we where asked via text if we need linen and towels. We said yes. The evening we arrived no towels or linen. We called the concierge contact he said sorry and he could not make it that evening so no sheets or towels, but next morning he will come early. So after a long day ...
