New Construction Log home, beautiful home with boat slip

This home is a new construction log home, beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. This 3 bedrooms 3 bath home has a lot to offer. Master Bedroom and Master Bath located on the main level. Bedroom 2 located in loft area with beautiful view of the living area. The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs with its own living area, bathroom and laundry room The home is also equipped with a custom built laundry chute making hassle free laundry. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances as well as granite counter tops. Breakfast bar area for meals as well as small dinette table and chairs. Master bathroom has ceramic tiled shower and whirlpool tub. This home also offers a large screened in porch area with TV. The front deck also offers an area for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful Kentucky sunsets. The ground floor patio area also offers the 3rd area for grilling and relaxing.

If you wish to use the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit you must bring your own wood

Home offers a 6 person hot tub under a covered gazebo.

This home is located close to public boat ramp and has use of 1 community boat slip for renters.

Absolutely NO pets!

Great Getaway With Friends

We had a very enjoyable stay, enjoyed meals and hanging out on the screened in side porch. Very quiet setting and loved seeing several deer pass nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Nice Cabin

Cabin is well laid out for up to 3 families. Great screened in porch with fans and comfortable chairs. The kitchen is well very equipped. We had absolutely everything we needed.

Awesome Cabin

Rally cool place close to the lake. Having a slip on the water makes bringing a boat super easy. Would book again.

Great weekend trip!

Beautiful home and the hosts were gracious and kind! We had such a great time. Patty was very sweet and checked in on us several times.we had 3 boys (4, 7, 10) and they all had a blast on the property catching frogs and running around! Very close to everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful Cabin, Quiet/Relaxing Stay

"The Lodge" was perfect for a relaxing few days! Just as described, very clean, stocked with everything needed, quiet location and close enough to Cadiz for convenience of groceries/etc. The screened in porch was perfect for the evenings! We also decided to do a day trip to Nashville while there (about 1 hr 20 min drive).

A beautiful well maintained home with everything you need for a wonderful stay!

The cabin is stunning with every amenity available that you could want. Clean, comfortable, well maintained in a lovely wooded setting. The owner checked in and was available for every need and question. The hot tub was amazing, the furnishings were lovely, every need or want was addressed by the very thoughtful owner. We would highly recommend this property and can't wait until we have a chance to visit again!

Great Cabin & Hosts!

This was such a great place to relax. We were there the week of Thanksgiving and we had a pecan pie waiting for us when we arrived and the cabin was decorated for the holidays. We have stayed in several cabins through the years and this one was more equipped with amenities than any of the others. It was so nice and quiet and the owner checked on us a couple of times during the week to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning.

Better than home

She has thought of everything and more! Kitchen is fully stocked with more appliances, pans, and utensils than you can imagine. Screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee..even has a tv for your morning programs. Plenty of room for couples to have privacy as well as gathering space. Beautiful, comfy, and welcoming

This house was gorgeous! It was well taken care of & provided lots of amenities.

We had a great visit! The owner was great to work with. The house was gorgeous & we were super impressed with how comfortable the beds & furniture was! The cabin was even decorated for Easter! We were visiting during the off season so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful decks and porch as much as we would have liked but they would be great in warmer weather. The house is close by to the state park and convenient for sight seeing.

Sensational Screened Porch

The house was absolutely lovely with very nice outdoor seating areas. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, which was spectacular. The smoker was wonderful to use, although more barbecue utensils would have been appreciated. It also would have been nice to have a bit more room in the bathrooms for personal toiletries. The house enabled nice family time.

Absolutely a great property

The Lodge is a wonderful property. My family truly enjoyed ourselves. Nested in the woods, it gave us quiet time to have fun. The main concern we had was our inability to contact the property owners. There was an issue with the Lodge and we could not contact them. Hopefully they will change this for future guests.

The minute you walk in this beautiful log home, you feel the peace you have been looking for! It is the perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy time together. I highly recommend this home for your family! Our family enjoyed tubing, kayaking and paddle boarding the lakes. The town of Cadiz was super cute! We went to the market and had coffee in a terrific little coffee shop/log cabin. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as my family did. We created some wonderful memories! Thank you!!

Luxurious Lakeside Retreat

This cabin lives up to the photos! Beautiful woodwork, spacious layout, comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen. Stayed here for 4 nights in early April with my mom and sister, and it made a great home base for exploring the region. It was a little early weather-wise for enjoying all the lake-related activities but we found plenty to do in Paducah, Cadiz, and Hopkinsville. Would love to come back in the summer warmth and enjoy the larges porches, hot tub, and the lake itself a little more. Highly recommend this rental! Owners are very friendly and easily reached if any issues.

Amazing property and owner!

This property is everything and more as described and shown in pictures. Situated on a large private lot, this cabin is crafted with much character, craftmanship and thought, it came as no surprise to learn the owner had it built for her personal use before deciding to share with all of us. To add to the overall experience, she reached out to me directly and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was excellent. In addition to being a beautiful cabin, it was exceptionally clean and stocked with all essentials in the kitchen, bath and laundry areas. I've stayed in many cabins and properties for both work and personal and by far this is one of my new favorites.

Best Barkley Lake cabin!

Beautiful cabin on secluded lot. Enjoy the completely screened in porch while outside or sit in the open air on the front porch. Beautiful furnishings. Very well appointed kitchen with high end appliances and all utensils you will need. Hugh master bedroom with king bed and bathroom. Cool loft room with bed. Basement was super cool with a bed, couch, TV and private bath. Utility room with high end front load washer and dryer. Host was super responsive to all communications. We will be back!

Hospitality at it's Finest

If you like modern amenities in a cabin style feel, this place is for you. We really liked it, especially since we got to meet the owner and learn the ins and outs of the property, the community dock and the rest. Boat dock is walkable, but a golf cart really helps with packing stuff. Its a new property, 4 adults and 2 children was very accommodating. Cabin interior is very functional and tastefully decorated, screened in porch is great. The loft is perfect for the kids or adults. I will plan to stay here again next summer. Since we boat out of Lake Barkley Marina, the Little River area is good for us. Thanks Patty.

New Year Getaway

The cabin was beautiful and just as described in the pictures. Everything you could possibly need is there. It is on a dead end road with plenty of parking. The screened in deck was our favorite place, of only the weather would have been a bit warmer. Master bedroom and bath were all we used, as it was just the two of us. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything you could need. The only thing we missed was a smart TV, but if you know you will be there to relax in an off season just bring along a firestorm and you are set. We used the kitchen for several meals and couldn't have asked for more. The open floor plan to the cabin is great as well. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for sharing your cabin and helping us have a relaxing start to the new year!

Long weekend with friends!

The cabin is lovely!My husband and I are from Louisville and Lake Barkley was the perfect meeting spot for us to meet up with our friends from St.Louis(2 couples). The cabin accommodations were perfect for us, each couple had their own floor. We all really enjoyed the large front porch with six rocking chairs, great spot for sipping morning coffee. We cooked dinner two nights and found everything we needed in the very well stocked kitchen. We used the grill one of the nights and enjoyed being able to sit outside on the bottom patio for a cocktail while the fellas cooked! The upper level also offers a large screened in porch with a dining table and chairs where the six of us enjoy breakfast and dinner. All three nights of our stay we had a great time hanging out and chatting by the fire pit! We had one tiny issue with the hot tub not warming up but after a quick email to Patty, who made a call to the hot tub guy, it was fixed within minutes!! We really appreciated how quickly she responded and corrected the problem. We rented a pontoon during our stay from Moon River, just 3 minutes down the street which was very convenient. Thank you to April for her help during our booking and a big thank you to Patty for sharing her beautiful cabin in the woods! We hope to stay again the future!

Beautiful front porch & fully stocked kitchen

We had an awesome stay. Highly recommend this place! The house is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals from home. We enjoyed the large front porch and the hot tub. Plus, it's just a short walk down to the water. We used the boat slip and had a great time out on Lake Barkley. Would love to stay here again!

Very stunning cabin impeccably designed and clean. We were all in love with this place from the moment we walked into the cabin. This cabin fit our needs with the homeowners attention to details to ensure their visitors stay is a terrific experience.We had an issue with the A/C unit in which the homeowner swiftly took action to fix it.Our group enjoyed the serenity of the woods and all of the wonderful amenities that the cabin offers. We left our weekend so relaxed and rejuvenated.
