"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. "The hotel location is prime, near central Aachen city hall and the cathedral. It is a “no-friills” hotel, but that was ok and as expected. The rooms are neat and clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent AC in rooms. The bathroom was very basic with little shelf space, but it was clean and acceptable. Did not try the breakfast buffet since I did not pay for in advance and the staff at the desk said they required advance purchase “so they can make enough bread”. I did see another staff member allow another family to pay same day on the following day. The vending machines in the lobby were well stocked w sodas, beer and snacks, but that is the only food available on site, aside from brunch. We would stay here again for location, value, cleanliness, but not if looking for a memorable European hotel experience."

Hotel is in a quiet area and has a nice relaxed outside seating area We didn't eat at the hotel but the drinks were OK and reasonably priced for a hotel Room was clean and spacious with kettle and fridge Would stay again"

"Nicely situated hotel in Liege with convenient (cheap) car park across the street; friendly and very helpful staff at reception/concierge desk. Rooms are clear, with good amenities and a spacious bathroom. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant where the food was very good. The cook-to-order egg station and wide choice at breakfast for a reasonable price were a plus. We will undoubtedly use the hotel again next time we visit Liege"

"As for me as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me.. My room was on the 1st floor.. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.. The shower was great and breakfast was good.. Its an older hotel so the halls have old carpet.. But the room had new windows and could hear nothing from outside.. Parking garage across street at train station.. And plenty of food options all around.. I will stay here again next time I come.."
