One of the better rooms I have had in Spain.

Excellent location. Room was very nice and the bathroom good size. Elevator was helpful but optional. Check in was awkward with their automated entry but once in you switched to manual keys which worked fine. Very convenient to food

Great location/not a good hotel

Parking was a lot further than the hotel advertised. We had to walk 15 minutes uphill. The hotel is in a private apartment house, and we had to wait for someone to open front door. Had to walk up multiple steps before reaching small elevator. The hotel clerk left at 8 pm, and when we left in the morning there was not anyone at the reception. The mattress was old, lumpy, and hard, and room was very small, almost could not open door without hitting door. The shower hose also needed repair. Because of all these problems, the room was overpriced; however, the location was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and Monumental City.

El mejor recepcionista está aquí

La habitación es pequeñita pero está en pleno centro. En la recepción tienen una cafetera y cuando estuvimos nosotros no habia nadie, pero tampoco hacía falta. Por teléfono y WhatsApp un chico me ayudó en todo y fue miy amable y agradable. Además tuvimos un problema con el acceso restingido a las calles del centro y nos ayudó con esto también. Nos dio indicaciones de sitios para comer y todo. Es un encanto.

Excelente situacion en pleno centro historico de Caceres. Instalaciones un poco antiguas y sin lujos, pero limpio. Trato muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Alojamiento muy correcto para ser un hotel de dos estrellas.

Al estar en zona peatonal el aparcamiento queda un poco lejos si vas cargado. Las habiraciones son minusculas y se oyen todos los movimentos tanto del hotel como de la calle.

Edificio antiguo pero bien conservado.

El edificio e interior del hotel se ven mas antiguos que en las fotos, pero está en su totalidad bien conservado, en buen estado y muy limpio. Lo negativo de la estancia: La puerta de entrada al edificio debería poderse abrir siguiendo las instrucciones de la aplicación para evitar el contacto por prevención contra el COVID19, pero no funcionaba, el sistema no abría la puerta de entrada y nos quedamos fuera hasta que alguien nos pudo abrir con la llave, es algo que deben solucionar urgentemente. El resto de puertas y la habitación si abrían correctamente con la aplicación. Por otro lado, la ventana que nos ha tocado a nosotros da a un mini patio interior que genera sensación de agobio para estancias largas, aunque si vas a hospedarte solo para dormir no supone un problema. Lo positivo de la estancia: Las habitaciones y recibidores estaban muy limpios, desinfectado y totalmente preparado para recibir a los clientes, con todo a mano. El servicio de limpieza era excelente.

Accueil parfait lors de notre arrivée. Merci pour la confiance que l'établissement manifeste aux clients pour que nous puissions partir relativement tôt le matin en déposant les clefs à l'accueil. Situation de l'hôtel idéale pour sa proximité au centre historique et vivant.

So vale a pena pela localização. Muito mau.

Hotel muito bem localizado junto à Plaza Mayor. O quarto que reservamos era para não fumadores e era notório assim que entramos no quarto o odor nauseabundo a tabaco. De imediato avisamos a funcionária que abriu a janela do quarto e pulverizou ambientador. Quando mais tarde voltamos ao quarto, o cheiro a tabaco permanecia. Voltamos a contactar a funcionária por telf para pedir o comando do ar condicionado para tentar ventilar o max possível, o qual ela recusou ligar o ar condicionado porque só funciona no verão e porque nao tinha um comando com ela. Sou asmática e passei muito mal a noite com aquele ambiente poluído pelo tabaco. Colchao algo desconfortável. Corredor barulhento. Quando fizemos check o a recepção avisou que teríamos desconto no parque estacionamento don Manuel, pagando 7€. Quando fomos pagar, pagamos 9€! Hotel que só vale a pena pela localização. Não é de todo um hotel 2*

Doordat we op de 5 de verdieping eerst door een deur moesten die met veel lawaai dicht ging toen naar onze kamer op een gang met verschillende kamers met een deur die ook met veel lawaai dicht ging en dat in het weekend met veel jonge mensen was de geluidsoverlast enorm.

Reservé habitación doble y me asignaron una hab pequeña con cama matrimonial para mi y mi hijo. Inaceptable. No había posibilidad de cambio al estar hotel completo. Yo había reservado 7 meses antes. Sistema de apertura con app de móvil una carraca. No funcionaba con rapidez. Mejor con llaves.
