very nice house modernly rebuilt in 2019, in quiet sector of the lovely town of Cabourg near Deauville or historics sites of Normandy ; at less 5 minutes by walk to the beach, same by bike to center town supermarket baker or extraordinary marsh with wild birds ; bikes for hire at 100 m ! Easy parking for cars in front of the house whatever the day or hours, garden with large tree when sunshine is heavy, large table possibilities in garden, balcon or inside for 8 to 12 persons ; outside shower with hot water when coming back from the beach ; many table games or tv with canal+ when sometimes it rains...!
