There was a giant cockroach in the room right as I was going to sleep. I only stayed for one night and left the next morning, even though I paid for two nights. I emailed the owner and nothing was made to rectify the situation.

EXCELLENT location with basic services, very clean room! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Only problem was the parking. First come, first served. There are 8 apartments and like 10 parking spots which are mostly used by the restaurant clients and staff so you may get there and not have a parking like it happened to us. Aside from that, would definitely stay again!

The location is great if you wanted to wake yo the beach,it was not clean,dirty under the bead,there's no microwave. The power went off they don't have a back up,a generator.

Excelente para quedarse par de dias lo único que estaba un poco fuera de lugar era el calentador de agua ya que no te permitia darte un baño con agua fria y salia muy caliente pero por lo demas todo bien . Excelente para quedarse y muy limpio lo recomiendo

Fake advertisement

Place is bare bones. Cheap towels, cheap toilet paper, cheap soap, tiles were coming off the walls, no windows and extremely expensive. Worst place I have stayed in my life. For the price this guys charges, you can stay in a very nice hotel in FL or in Europe for that matter. Owner never even said thanks or asked if we were doing well. Pictures are meant to make you think you are in a nice enclosed area, but it is fake. The turkeys and roosters were a “great” addition to it all.

Party Town!

This is a great party area. Small town feel, very tourist oriented. This is a great crash pad to stay in the center of it all. The room was super cool and modern. We went on a Monday and Tuesday, so we totally missed the action. We recommend Wednesday to Sunday, with Sunday being the areas busy time. Definitely go to Buye beach, the mojitos were amazing.

Clean, convenient location. Right in El Poblado but far from the crowds and noise.will stay again!

Very clean, located at the back of a restaurant . Easy process to checkin and out. Highly recommended.
