"Property was not maintained at all. There was a dead dolphin on the beach in front that had been there for some time, and the smell was horrific. Owner had it removed the next day, but we lost one day of using the patio (jacuzzi and firepit table were not operable the first day as well) due to the smell. very run down. Jacuzzi water was old and green, and we had to call owner to fix and refill. No propane for firepit table so we had to ask owner to bring propane as well. Owner was very nice...

When we first arrived we were met by Jose and he showed us around the house and he told us that one of the rooms downstairs was where he lives in. No where in the description says that there will be a host living in the house with us. My husband was very concerned because we have small children with us. Then he tells us theres a 12am quiet time. No where in the description says that either. Overall...
