"We went to Las Gaviotas for a 60 th birthday celebration and Scott’s house was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . "Being out of town for 31.5 km, this nice place has beatiful sunrises and at nights you can observe the stars...has a peaceful nature site and you can feel it the air...sounds and smell of the surrounding plants and animals. Is nice, a little higer in price after you add the cost for service, but is enjoyable. I would be back as soon as we can...we were 3 and the place is for 7, so next time we can split the cost and enjoy."

"We stayed for 4 nights in Zeida's home in Valle de Guadalupe and used it as a base to explore the wineries in the region. The home was very comfortable, with great views, lovely valley views, well equipped kitchen and had everything you need for a short stay. Zeida and her husband were excellent hosts, helping me find a dentist, giving us a bottle of lovely wine upon arrival and making our stay 5 stars. "My husband and I wanted to kids and mother in law on a quick trip down to Mexico and decided on Ensenada. We didn’t want to stay in the crowded areas of downtown with all the partiers so this home was perfect! We took the kids down to La bufadora and the safari zoo park just down the street! Water was still cold but we put our feet in and the kids didn’t care and got in the beach. A bit of a drive from the downtown area of Ensenada but knowing there was security was worth it! I was little nervous because there was not many reviews but lit was the best decision ever! The house looks beautiful in the photos and even better in person. It is the most amazing property to stay in,, . The rooms are all generous size beds are comfortable, pool is much longer than the picture shows and so much beautiful space to relax and hang out....

"This is a great little house in a great location. At first there was a little lack of communication and arrived with the caretaker of the house still washing and drying bath towels. That was not a big deal considering we bring our own sheets and pillows and towels so its not a real big deal to us. This house feels good it just has a certain charm to it. The beach is just a walk down the stairs and the views are great. As far as lighting in the house i thought it was sufficient but I didnt care...

"Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. Jacuzzi and pool was enjoyed by my mother in law, the kids had fun walking the grounds playing in the playground. The small bbq did the job for both nights of grilling. "Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"We went down to Joe place as part of a company retreat. The place was perfect for us. The layout was great and the beach was pristine. The pool was great, and the communal spaces (like the Palapa area) really enhanced our experience. It also felt very safe with the patrol coming frequently. I (and everyone who came along) is looking forward to coming back as soon as possible."

"The beach house was amazing. It was a bit remote to get to but the owners were in constant communication with us and were willing to meet us and drive us in. We chose to follow the directions provided and looked at it as a bit of a treasure hunt! The prize was amazing! The beach was wonderful. Make sure to walk down the beach to the left, at low tide, you will discover the hot springs right there in the sand. Look for the steam!!! We soaked in our own little hot pool we dug. And sunset...
