"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. Breakfast was decent, positive thing is the tea time service from 4to 6pm for free that was very nice to have. The staff was not the happiest guys in the world, sometimes I...

"Pousada simples mas muito organizada e bem localizada. Perto de variedade de comercio. Ambientes muito limpos e cheirosos, cama excelente! Café da manhã muito bom!! Para quem precisa de praticidade para conhecer a cidade vale a pena! Preço justo tbm !"

"Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."

"The check in and check out process was good. The problem I have is with the false advertising. There is zero amenities. There was no statement telling me that I needed my own sheets, blanket and pillowcase. Also you don't find out your checkout time untill after you payment which is non refundable. Checkout time was 8am. "
