"There was no toliet paper No paper towels or dish soap No garbage bags Couldnt get ac remotes to workEntire house reaks of mold including furniture We had to wash towels before we could use them because they smelt sour and were dampThe beds are like sleeping on concrete. We were all in pain every morning Location is nice and close to beach at least. Im not one for leaving bad reviews but this was not an enjoyable stay to what we wanted to be an enjoyable vacation "

"The staff was excellent! The room was large & clean. The pool was clean but awkward to get to. The elevator/lift was very small. Room service was good but slow. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Good accommodation for our 3 generation family group.Less than one hour travelling from Faro airport, with easy directions given by Andrew.The property was ideally located with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Monte Gordo and all the shops and restaurants.The pool was an ideal size which we had heated because of the two babies and young children, which stayed warm at night with a practical cover.Andrew kindly provided an extra high chair and cot.There was a local pasteleria 3 minutes away, with fresh bread and pastries every day.A slight negative was that the house was a little tired in some area, but this was probably reflected in the price and that the property is up for sale.This did not detract from our enjoyment of the house in anyway, and we had a great holiday."

"As we are a family mostly spread over the UK I booked the property for a family holiday for my birthday. We needed 5 bedrooms so the property met our requirements. We had a great time in Monte Gordo. "

"Wonderful house, property, and location. Great walking to Café, restaurant, beach, supermarket all within minutes. The house did not appear to have been cleaned when we arrived but the property manager immediately sent the cleaners and it was quickly cleaned. The hot water was working fine at first, using the on-demand heater, but towards the end of our 10 day stay it quit working and the property manager again sent someone immediately. The hot water was never quite right again though for our final few days. But again, wonderful house, property, and location, would recommend and would stay again. Thanks! "
