"Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. "The check in process was not good. We arrived at the location and found out from a person walking by that we have to go to the other hotel 1 km away to check in. There was no information on this when I booked and was travelling internationally so no way to get text messages. The unit was very nice and clean. Close to a square for kids to play. More information about check in would be good. "
