"No significant issues! One lamp wouldn't work, but that's okay. Comfy bed and clean spaces. Not super quiet with the busy road right there."

"The hotel was average/ mediocre at best. The amenities are outdated and need renovation. The room which was a suite for a family of 5, was not very spacious. Very small bathtub and shower combination that did not divert the water all the way to the shower head. The pool was almost unheated, on the smaller side, and offered no hot tub for adults to relax in. The hotel attempted to be courteous and gave us water and cookie sandwiches BUT they only gave 2 waters and 2 cookies for 3 children and 2 adults. The breakfast in the morning was an expected continental breakfast which had hot and cold food options. They did have vouchers for made to order breakfast but we did not use them. We also arrived too late for the dinner and drinks offered so I do not know the quality of the food. There is Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse offered for in room dining or in restaurant, but no other on site dining for later dinner or snacks. For the amount charged for the room I expected everything to be on more of a luxury upend scale, but everything seemed to be no different than every other hotel in the area except there were a few more business men around in the lobby. "

"Clean room. The plugin that was in the bathroom did not work. Coffee in the lobby during breakfast was cold. Staff were extremely friendly. "

"We stayed here to go the Cloudland Canyon, Ruby Falls and Rock City. 2 kids between ages 5 and 10, 2 adults. Breakfast is very limited, but the earlier you go the better chances to try variety. The only thing is that at night I struggle to find parking and had to park in the hotel in front of us that plenty of parking available. If you aren’t going to spend time in the hotel, this is a great option. "

"Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were lovely. Pool was not the cleanest but there were a zillion people in it, so understandable. Bed was comfortable and room was recently reno’d it seemed. Great stay."

"We were greated with friendly staff The cleanliness was evident from the moment We walked in to the front desk They had a big open kitchen with great Hot breakfast Scrambled eggs , sausage , really good biscuits Muffins very good ! We stayed in a room with a mini kitchen and Living room with TV a couch coffee table small side table . The coffee pot is a Krupp and they have an excellent offer of coffee expresso shots etc ! great choices free Our bedroom was seoerate with a tv and some usb plugs to charge . The room also has a separate aircond and a door to close off living area. The room was very clean roomy and the bathroom was in the living area . The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a bit too big for me so I would bring a pillow . We will definitely stay again very comfortable clean Friendly staff good hot cooked breakfast A+ From 2 Senior citizens The location is convent to all locations and 30 Min from Lookout Mtn "
