"Room was beautiful "

"WoW from start to finish I had a great experience. The staff member that checked me in was polite and very helpful, he showed me my room and made sure I was comfortable. The room had recently been renovated and was in excellent condition. The bathroom and living area were very clean and large, I’ve heard about swinging a cat around but I think you could swing a horse around these spaces. It was very quiet, I had expected some pub noises but couldn’t hear anything. Downstairs in the pub the staff in the bar and restaurant were very good at their jobs, the beer was cold and the food was very good. I had room 8. Negatives , could have a fridge, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner. Wednesday night was poker night so was in my element."

"We really enjoyed our day. The house was very clean, tidy, spacious, and had all the extra things that we could possibly need. Our kids really liked all the toys and games and we made good use of the highchair and the cot. We hope to return again."

"The house was gorgeous, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake! It was the perfect amount of space for the group of us and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely a weekend of luxury :)"

"Superficially the house is fabulous. Great location, amazing deck and huge. Scratch beneath the surface and its a different story. The aircon doesnt work and no instructions how to use combustion heater (or fuel) nor outdoor heater. In July, we froze!The property needs a deep clean and some repairs. A cupboard door fell off underneath the TV, blinds in 3 bedrooms were broken, the gate wouldnt close, instructions were explicit regarding recycling however there was no recycling bin. The verandah furniture was wet along with seating cushions on two lounges.Communication with agent was automated. We could not get a response even after phone message was left.We were grateful for the coffee pods and tea bags."
