"The bathtub was not clean and had to be cleaned and refilled with hot water because there was grime floating in the bathtub. The staff was very helpful, and worked very hard to find a place that would be open when many supermarkets were closed early during the mid summer eve. They also worked very hard to find out the bus schedule for the airport when we had a problem with the bus schedule for the mid summer holiday. The breakfast is excellent, delicious and varied. "Clean, comfortable, great for families with Big Kids Too! My only complaint is the continuous, noisy fan in the bathroom. We kept the door shut to cut down on the noise. It wasn't until our last day that we discovered how to turn the fan off. The switch was in a cupboard in the kitchen. A switch in the bathroom would have been helpful. Overall, we had a great experience."

"Very convenient location, could walk to the airport. Dinner included, although we went out. They packed us a breakfast for the next day and booked us a taxi with a child seat to our friend's house. There were no options to buy food (apart from chips and lollies) outside of the dinner e.g earlier when we got there. The room was tiny and super hard to fit a cot inside and still be able to move around. There is no lift. The spas and sauna were not on."
