Bugsworth Basin. The restoration of this historically important canal basin complex took place over many years and was plagued by problems with leaks in the canal bed before finally being reopened. In this 1981 view work on many of the remaining structures was well advanced although plenty remained to be done before the basin could be rewatered. Excellent choice for stays at Manchester Airport. The room was spot on, clean, offered the amenities that were necessary to cater most travellers. Welcoming staff, good dining options on site and hassle free check out. Breakfast available from 03:00. Will definitely stay there again.

Good location and the room is clean, but that’s is all the good points I can say. The walls are paper thin and the room next door woke me at 04:30 in the morning. The breakfast was also one.of the worst I’ve ever eaten
