When we arrived, we found that instead of a pull-out couch, there was only a small futon, which did not adequately accommodate our two guests. "The door didn't lock when I arrived; I had to wait to lock my stuff safely, and it took 3 hrs (8:30 p.m.). Everything was wet because the humidifier wasn't on.
