"The little cottage was adorable, very modern and clean. A grab bar in the bathroom near the toilet would have been nice but we are older women so young people wouldn’t need it. The lake level was very low when we were there and I would have liked to walk along the shore but the access to the lake is for younger, more agile people. The rocks at the bottom of the stairs and lack of railings on the lower steps was a problem. The views and the many windows were perfect as was the deck area. In all it was a relaxing stay."

"This was a charming resort on Lake Champlain. We had a cabin with a lake view and wished we had booked more than one night. Even though we stayed on off season, we felt there was plenty to do and see. Staff were top notch, recommending an excellent restaurant in Middlebury when the resort restaurant was closed for a wedding. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in the handicap room.the tub was in really bad shape.It was a old porcelain tub with alot of chips and rust.Even the tub wall had been patch.I like to stay at Holiday Inn, but this is not what I would call up to Holiday Inn standards. Very disappointed."
