"Our room was very clean, comfortable and a very convenient location. Comfy bed and the maids came in daily to make up the bed and freshen everything up including fresh towels daily which was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. While the coffee was excellent and it was nice to have the breakfast included each morning, we would have liked to see it changed up each day. We spent 4 nights and the offerings were exactly the same each morning. The mini omelettes were quite salty but bland. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you are in the area."

"What a fabulous place! I mean waterfall-side is one of a kind!Everything about our 7-days stay here was superb. The space was super clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is small but adequate and well-equipped. We had all we needed. Living room overlooked the lake and falls. Very cozy.Dog-friendly and he loved walking by the lake. Communication with Laurie was easy and we got fast responses. Got to fish off the patio. The lake is beautiful. 5 stars! Definitely coming back again!"

"The unit was just as described. We love the convenience to Rainbow Row . Especially the Flat Rock Bakery!! The pool was refreshing after a hike to see the goats.The host was prompt in replies to questions and eager to help in any way. We would book again."

"The stay was nice. It was beautiful and quiet. The key code didn’t work on the front door so I had to prop the door open to go on front porch, not really a big deal. The only issue was finding my place. I didn’t get instruction on how to locate my room or the key code until I requested it. There are several buildings in the property and the one I stayed in wasn’t at the main location. It wasn’t easy and it was storming and I had a dog who is afraid of storms to deal with while it was hailing. But the room was nice and the property was nice."
