"Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer. Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat). There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!! A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return. "

"You definitely need a car if you’re staying here as the town, although nearby, was too far and hilly to walk. My room had a balcony so I had the view of the ocean from my bed. The room was clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was fine and it also had a view. "

"Excellent hotel right in the center of Ksamil. Two swimming pools, one is up on the roof with great views of the islands. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very highly recommended "

"Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the hotel. The apartment room we had was absolutely massive with a huge balcony connecting the dining space and bedroom area. Both rooms had smart new LG Tvs in them compatible with apps like Netflix and Disney plus and the hotel in general was very new and clean. As mentioned in the previous comments the utensils in the kitchen area were a bit sparse and could have included a few more items. The hotel is located a short walk away from the main strip into Sarande beach with lots of food and grocery shop options close by. I would like to highlight that the accommodation is at the top of a big flight of steps from the main strip and this could be tiring to walk up and down multiple times a day. Overall though I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend especially for the price. "
