The 3-room apartment consists of two bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x two single beds), a living room, a sep. Kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and satellite TV.
The apartment has a balcony facing south.

Check-in war unproblematisch. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand gefunden. Küchenausstattung war auch sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Vermieter hat auf die Anfrage sehr schnell reagiert. Es war eine schöne ruhige Gegend. Das Meer war gut zu erreichen.

Urlaubsidylle in Büsum

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Familie ideal, es gab einen Balkon, einen Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder in der Garage abzustellen. Die Dachgeschosswohnung hatte ein ausreichend großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und einer gemütlichen Couch. Das Elternschlafzimmer war ausreichend groß, auch ein Kleiderschrank war vorhanden. Da es aber nur einen dünnen Vorhang gab, waren wir in der ersten Nacht schon um 05:30 Uhr wach ;-). Wir haben dann mit einer Decke nachgebessert und dann ging es. Das Kinderschlafzimmer hatte ein Dachfenster mit Verdunklungsrollo, das den Raum gerade so verdunkelte. Einen Kleiderschrank gab es leider nicht, aber im Flur konnte man bei viel Gepäck noch etwas unterbringen. Das Bad mit Dusche war ausreichend groß und für uns ideal. Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alles, was man zum Kochen braucht (bei Selbstverpflegung). Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, da wir mit den Fahrrädern dort waren, war der Weg in die Stadt oder zum Familienstrand nicht weit.

Nette Wohnung im 1.OG

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und sehr sauber, in der Küche alles , was man braucht. Wohnzimmer sehr schön renoviert, Balkon überdacht. Bad noch älterer Zustand, funktional. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist nicht toll, Matratze nicht bequem und quietscht. Die Kinderbetten waren aber beide gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Ruhige Wohngegend, derzeit mit Baustelle

Das Mietobjekt bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt auf Büsum benötigt. An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist das Inventar leider recht alt oder defekt, was normalerweise kein Problem wäre zu reparieren. So ist im. Bad in der Dusche der Duschschlauch defekt, die damalige Ablage für Duschgel nicht repariert. Auch die alten Haken könnte man mal tauschen. Die Sauberkeit war soweit ok, es waren hinter dem Sofa und unter dem Bett allerdings Staubnester, die nicht gereingt worden sind. Der Bettbezug war sauber und die Handtücher auch. Man könnte noch erwähnen wo die Waschmaschine steht, da sich das bei dem Haus nicht direkt erschließt. Alles in allem ok.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit ihrer Lage, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, einfach super.
