The apartment is located on the second floor of a newly renovated building and is easily accessible via an lift. You enter the apartment through a welcoming hallway, from which you can access all the rooms. The open-concept kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a Nespresso machine, allows you to whip up culinary delights. Here, you’ll have plenty of space to sit together at the dining table and enjoy your meals.

The light-filled living room is the perfect place to relax after an eventful day. The cosy sofa area invites you to linger, while three TVs provide entertainment. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can leave the stresses of everyday life behind while breathing in the fresh sea air.
