The apartment charms with its light-filled rooms and tasteful, contemporary furnishings. The two comfortable bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds that ensure restful nights. The bright living room with its integrated open kitchen invites you to spend evenings together. Enjoy time at the dining table or settle in on the sofa with a good book.

The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. This makes it easy for you to prepare your favourite meals. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a kettle round out the amenities. Cooking is a pleasure here!

The modern bathroom area, featuring a total of two walk-in showers and toilets, ensures your comfort. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are also provided. You’ll appreciate the warm, inviting rooms with underfloor heating and allergy-friendly amenities that ensure a safe and comfortable stay. A washing machine and dryer provide additional convenience.

Another highlight is the large terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. Enjoy breakfast outdoors or spend cosy evenings barbecuing with your loved ones. The garden also offers plenty of space for children to play and run around while you savour the fresh sea air and the rural surroundings.

The holiday rental’s location is excellent: Just 400 metres from the beach, you can take a walk by the sea at any time and unwind. Restaurants and shopping are also within easy walking distance—the nearest restaurant, for example, is only 300 metres away. If you’re arriving by train, the distance to the train station is just 1,900 metres.

We’re perfectly equipped for families—children are very welcome! The apartment comes with a private parking space, so you’ll always have a secure spot for your vehicle. There’s also an e-bike charging station available, ideal for anyone who wants to explore the area by bike.

“Insel Feeling Apartment 2” was last renovated in 2019, so you can enjoy modern comforts combined with a cosy atmosphere. Your stay with us is made even more enjoyable by our no-smoking policy and the many amenities designed for your comfort.

“Insel Feeling” holiday home consisting of 6 apartments!

The entire building was extensively modernised and renovated in 2019.

It received a new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, etc. All apartments were modernised with new furniture. The outdoor area has been redesigned.

There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. All apartments have new bathrooms—some with natural light—completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave (some as a combination unit), etc. All apartments are non-smoking.

A shared washing machine and dryer, as well as bicycle storage—including charging stations for e-bikes—have been provided.
