• A tax is imposed by the city: From 25 December to 7 January, EUR 4.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 8 January to 31 March, EUR 2.80 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 4.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 24 December, EUR 2.80 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• Electricity fee: EUR 0.38 per kilowatt-hour, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 21.27 per bed, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
