  • Welcome to the “Haus am See” holiday home—your cosy retreat at the NordseeResort Büsum. With 88 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and is perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the North Sea.

    On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with a large dining table and a cosy sofa. Sit back, enjoy Magenta TV or an exciting film on the flat-screen TV, and leave your everyday worries behind. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a particularly soothing atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: a filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for social cooking evenings or a relaxed breakfast.

    Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), while the other features two single beds (90x200 cm each). Both rooms have flat-screen TVs, so everyone can enjoy their evening however they like. Two modern bathrooms round out the amenities: one with a shower and an infrared sauna for relaxing wellness moments, the other with a bathtub for cosy soaks.

    The sunny south-facing terrace is perfect for lounging, reading, or barbecuing. A private, lockable shed right next to the house is available for your bicycles, strollers, or water sports equipment. In addition, a free parking space awaits you in front of the property.

    A highlight for families: A new, modern playground has been built in the heart of the resort—here, children can run around and explore while you relax and enjoy the sun. Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for beach days, mudflat hikes, or water sports.

    If you’d like to spend your holiday with family or friends, the property management can arrange for you to combine two adjacent holiday apartments—so you can spend time together without sacrificing privacy.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Waschmaschine, Toaster (für 4 Toasts glei..

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Waschmaschine, Toaster (für 4 Toasts gleichzeitig), in beiden Schlafzimmern ein Schrank, 2x TV (inkl MagentaTV), Terasse (mit Tisch 4x Stühle 2x Sonnenstuhl, Grill, Sonnenschirm). Dazu noch ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Durch die Leichtbauweise wurde es Tagsüber (wir hatten nur Sonnenschein und 25+ Grad) etwas wärmer. Sobald die Sonne weg war konnten wir die Wärme aber schnell aus dem Haus bekommen.

Alles soweit in Ordnung. Ruhige Lage. Ziemlich neue Anlage. Das Haus ist einem perfekten Zustand. Aber: Es fehlte ein Staubsauger(hatten Hund mit) Das mit dem Schlüsselcode war nicht so optimal. Wenn die Sonne drauf stand, konnte man die Zahlen nicht erkennen.
