The Space:
This beautifully crafted rammed earth home welcomes you through a private entrance into expansive bushland surrounds. The main house and a semi-attached villa offer flexible spaces ideal for large families or multiple groups travelling together.
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan area that brings everyone together. Two comfortable lounges, a crackling fireplace, and sweeping views of the ocean and treetops create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This space flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen—with granite benchtops, twin fridge/freezers, and a generous pantry—making it perfect for preparing shared meals. The adjoining dining area, framed by vaulted ceilings and solid jarrah furnishings, is ideal for long, relaxed dinners. For a bit of separation, a second living area offers its own fireplace and a quiet retreat for movie nights or giving different generations their own space to unwind. Step outside to the panoramic northern balcony to enjoy a BBQ, watch for local wildlife, or simply take in the vast landscape. The grounds offer a tennis court, basketball hoop, lawn games, and bush trails that lead to a peaceful winter creek.
The main residence includes six comfortable bedrooms and five bathrooms, thoughtfully laid out for families and groups. The primary suite features a queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite with a spa bath overlooking the bushland, and French doors opening to a verandah with views of Geographe Bay. Two additional queen rooms offer private ensuites and balconies—one with direct access to the bush, the other facing peppermint and jarrah trees with ocean glimpses. Another queen room includes a tri-bunk and ensuite, ideal for families. The remaining two bedrooms each have tri bunks (double below, single above), offering flexible sleeping arrangements for children or extra guests.
The semi-attached villa provides even more room to spread out, with three additional bedrooms—a queen, a tri bunk, and a single—plus its own bathroom, lounge, dining area, and a peaceful balcony overlooking the bush.
Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there’s ample parking on-site. This home is designed for families and friends to gather, connect, and explore the beauty of the South West.
