Spindrift Escape offers a laid back, family friendly holiday escape in sought after beachside enclave just 600 metres from Quindalup Beach and just over 2km along the leafy cycle track to town. Ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip - there are fabulous coffee shops, boutiques, cafes and wine bars to discover; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape. Pleased to welcome your fur baby also (conditions apply) and conveniently located close to the dog friendly beach.

Spindrift Escape is brick construction and offers separate living spaces, easy care tile floors, sheltered alfresco and is fully fenced. It is stylishly yet comfortably furnished.

The living zone comprises spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen which will certainly be a holiday gathering hub. Loads of games and books are provided for your enjoyment. Adjacent the games room is superbly set up with pool and soccer tables. The living accesses the alfresco dining and expansive lawn area.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher; 600m electric wall oven; 4 burner gas cooktop; microwave, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar.

A cosy wood fire in the main living room provides warmth and ambience on those wintry days/nights and reverse cycle air conditioner ensures optimal climate control at the press of a button.

1. Master Suite: Queen bed, free standing robe, pedestal fan & radiator heater. Ensuite with shower, vanity, WC
2. Queen Room: Queen bed, built in robe, pedestal fan & radiator heater
3. King Room: 2 x King single beds form King bed, built in robe, fan, radiator heater shared with Bed 4
4. Bunk Room: Double lower level, Single upper level, robe recess, fan, radiator heater shared with Bed 3

The main bathroom offers shower, and vanity. Separate WC. Laundry offers top loader washing machine, dryer, trough, bench and cupboard space.

There is a double carport under the main roof and plenty of additional parking. Request can be made to access secure parking behind gate if required to store camper or boat.

A highlight of this location is the pleasant stroll to the beach and the long expanse of silvery sands and the beautiful marine playground beyond. Quindalup Beach is renowned for fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding and more. Or enjoy a leisurely or vigorous walk or cycle on the cycle track that extends from Old Dunsborough and the commencement of the Cape to Cape trails to the far end of Quindalup where it crosses the inlet and provides cycle way access almost the whole way to Busselton.
