Tucked away in a peaceful pocket of Old Dunsborough, just west of the boat ramp, Dunsborough Delight is a relaxed and roomy two-storey home offering the perfect blend of space, charm, and unbeatable location. With direct beach access through the peppermint trees and views of the ocean from multiple rooms, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom property is ideal for extended families or groups of friends looking to unwind and reconnect by the sea.

Upstairs, you’ll find the heart of the home – a light-filled open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a generous deck with filtered views to the bay through the treetops. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, entertain guests, or simply enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the breeze move through the trees. The comfortable lounge area provides the perfect space to gather after a day exploring the coast, with reverse cycle air conditioning keeping things comfortable year-round.

The upstairs master bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a beautifully renovated ensuite complete with a large soaking bath, separate shower, and toilet – all designed to take in the tranquil views through the trees to the ocean beyond. Two additional upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a shower and toilet. One has a queen bed and stunning treetop ocean views, while the other offers two single beds and looks out over the leafy backyard.

Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed, the other with two singles – which also share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There’s a fourth bathroom on this level as well, with a shower-over-bath and separate toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer for added convenience. A spacious games room with a ping pong table leads directly out to the backyard, where a firepit invites you to gather around on cooler nights under the stars.

Out the front, shady trees and a lawned area provide a great space for the kids to play, while the driveway has ample parking for both cars and boats. And best of all, you’re only a short stroll to the boat ramp, the family-friendly swimming beach, and the local playground, making this location truly unbeatable.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.
