The Space:

This modern masterpiece combines design and comfort to create a relaxing lakeside retreat in the heart of Margaret River's wine region. The exterior blends seamlessly with its serene surroundings, featuring a private deck set for outdoor dining that overlooks a tranquil lake. The entrance welcomes you into a spacious open-plan living area, complete with a slow-combustion fireplace and TV for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 900mm oven, gas hotplates, and a Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy as a group. Step outside to fire up the BBQ, unwind with a sunset view, or take advantage of the outdoor hot shower after a day at the beach.



Guests are comfortably accommodated across four generously sized bedrooms. Two king rooms feature ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, while a third bathroom services the queen bedroom and a bunk room designed for children. Please note the bunk beds are not suitable for adults.



In-unit laundry, high-speed WiFi and air conditioning in every room add to your convenience. Ample parking is available on-site.



Several of our holiday homes are located close together in the same area just off Caves Road, centred around a peaceful lake. This makes them ideal for larger groups or families travelling together, allowing guests to stay nearby while still enjoying their own space. Guest Access:

Renowned wineries and breweries such as Black Brewing, Cherubino, and Frui Momento are within walking distance, while others like Bootleg Brewery are a short drive away. For nature lovers, the nearby beaches offer opportunities for surfing, fishing, or simply enjoying the stunning coastline. Whether you’re exploring local flavours or soaking in the natural beauty, this location promises an unforgettable experience.

Parking: Ample parking is provided on the driveway.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 39-minute drive away.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.
