"Terrible stay. I am a frequent traveller and have never experienced bad service like this. They tried to get rid of us even though we booked and paid in advance. The bar and restaurant was closed. There where no staff after 20:00. We got up quickly the next morning and left. "

"We were very impressed with the Hotel Sans Val'Eau, a nice spacious chalet next to the pond, an ideal place to relax with our dog after a long days travelling. The chalet was very spacious with a very big bathroom, there was a spa bath on the balcony, a nice touch but I think this is extra and we did not use it.
