"The people were very nice and the outside portion of the properties was beautiful. The food was ok but always late. The rooms had no fans to circulate air, holes in the screens and mosquito netting, toilet handle kept coming off, etc. There is also no cross ventilation to move air... it was hot. WiFi is only at the patio of the lobby area. We ate here every meal and every meal was 30 min to an hour after it was set to be eaten. The price was good and reviews were high so we chose here. "Fridge leaking over exposed electrical wiring. Unfriendly checkin staff, tried to charge extra for airport transfer when it was included in the price, uncomfortable bed, pillow was so bad I used my flight pillow instead. The location of the hotel is great, was nice to have a balcony but the room itself was not in great condition "

"I was staying only overnight so it was dark when i arrived and dark when I left. I didn't see the lake but enjoyed the sounds of the waves from my balcony. Service was terrific and the staff was very helpful when I left something behind "

"Our group loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and had king size beds. The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake was a huge plus. The owner was nice enough to provide a swing on our porch so we could enjoy the views. The food was my favorite part. They provide free breakfast menu which was delicious! We loved it so much we booked our last night after safari there. Highly recommend this stay. "
