Joan, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Some guests do have trouble with their cellular phones and connection as we are located in the Poconos Mountains. I personally have Verizon and have never had a problem. I supply free WiFi at the home and have never had a complaint about connecting to it. I will, however, put a landline in the house for emergency use. I'm very sorry about the propane in the outside fire pit. I do however keep an extra tank in the shed. If we had connected, I would have sent my handyman to come to switch out the tanks. The inside fireplace was working prior and after your stay, so it may have been due to operational error. There are instructions in the instruction booklet in the home, but it can be a bit tricky. I will see if I need to be more precise in the instructions to avoid this problem in the future. Again, I apologize for these issues. It is true that having the fireplace lit and the deck fire pit lit is important to the ambiance of the stay in the Poconos. As I have mentioned, I will be installing a land line phone for cases such as this so all guests can reach us while they're in residence. I will also include in my instruction booklet that there are extra propane tanks on the property and that if needed, we can have our local contact visit the home for any of these types of issues.
