My time at the Lotte Hotel Busan was outstanding. They were able to provide great service all around. They were very accommodating and helpful when our air conditioning in our room was not working. Definitely will be back!

Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean.
