Awesome place with FREE full swing Korean authentic breakfast & bread with jam&butter, juice, salad, coffee, pasta,.. And all staff are very kind! Close to everywhere, Busan Station, Jakalchi seafood market, BIFF street, popular markets,.. covered by walk!
Location is very convenient .we can take bus and subway where I want to go with in couple minutes walk.Staff is very friendly I like the breakfast they have congee salads some Korea food. Next time I come I will stay again.
Check/in was very friendly and professional.
Location was fine, but not adjacent to public transportation, ie metro. There is a free shuttle BACK to Busan Station, but we never found out if it were available the other way, even though we asked for directions from Toyoko Station 1 l, the sister hotel right at Busan Station.
The front desk staffs are excellent and can speak Japanese.
I asked the hotel if I can check in later than 10PM, on Expedia, and the reps answered me that I can visit there 24 hours. Actually I asked them in English and they answered me in Japanese, my own language. So I was pleased a lot.
In the morning, you can eat breakfast but the diner room may be crowde. I had to wait on line there for few minutes and the tables are almost full. However it was small thing for me.

The lift arrangement by the time around 9-10am was very bad. Was staying 8F and waited for 20mins and still cannot get a lift down for check-out.
They should re-arrange the lift by separating upper floor and lower floor for this hour in order to get a more efficiency use of the lift.
Enjoyed my stay. Good Japanese standard of cleanliness. Bedding was super comfy. Beer & Coffee vending machine at the lobby. Even comes with Pajamas for guest who chose to use them. Special touch of ladies care set with facial care & mask. Enjoyed the breakfast. Easy, fuse free DIY system. like it very much.

Check-in/out sucks
Check-in/out times are horrible 4pm and get out before 10am
Toyoko understands uniformity of service across their locations. Service is up to par with any 5 star hotel. Always going above and beyond the call of duty to help customers. When ever I have a chance to book with Toyoko, I do it. (Not a robot review)
Center location for all places to visit.
Breakfast should be continental since foreigner are also staying in hotel.
Check out time and breakfast time bit early.
Pros: great value ($40 something for a night + breakfast), location, compact yet convenient room
Cons: There were only three tiny elevators on premise that were completely booked during breakfast/checkout periods. Unless your room was on the top floor, you will end up waiting for 30 minutes or more. I was on 7th floor and after waiting for 20 minutes (because all the elevators were full by the time they pass 7th floor) I gave up and used the stairs instead.
We did enjoy our stay in this hotel for the room's condition and hotel's services. We would like to choose staying again in the future.
(more hangers providing would be better)

Very good value
Cheap and fairly convenient for Busan train station, Busan Tower, etc. The receptionist at check-in (I tried to remember her name- maybe Kim Su Min?) was really friendly, helpful and very good at English.
Two bad points however... only 3 very small lifts for a 20-someting floor hotel meant we waited ten minutes before giving up and walking down for breakfast. Breakfast was the other bad point. Not much choice in the way of typical western breakfast food.
The hotel located quite far from the train station but it still in the walking distant and they offer free ride to the station and airport and Nampo walking street which is a plus!! The room is small,Japanese style room but equipped with everything you’re gonna need. Highly recommend!!
Checkin 4:00pm, checkout 10:00am, from 12:00-2:00pm no enter to the room, because it’s cleaning time, how many hours they cheated the customers. Ridiculous!
Many of staff are very in patience to help give directions to the sightseeing places, or answer any questions.
Most of the staff are not speaking English good.
