"Check in was ok, could do with 2 people on as people were also queuing to pick up pool towels etc. Room was clean, but bottle soaps/shampoo in the shower were empty and had to request more(should be checked when cleaning). We turned up for breakfast at the busiest time one of the mornings, had to wait for a table and some of the coffee/milk and food trays were empty but were filled quickly, so being earlier makes it a lot smoother experience. Very handy for the train station, which can take you straight into London (approx 1 hr away) and they have a ticket machine in their foyer. But if wanting to go in to Cambridge, your better getting a bus as this will take you into the main area, whereas the train is 15-20 mins walk into the old town. There is no car park so you have to park in a public car park close by."
