"Our stay was great excellent value for money. Nice and clean. Everything you need. Good car parking. Good location. Some of the room was a little dated and worn but still fine. Staff friendly and helpful"

"Breakfast was good, though staff weren't clearing tables so a big queue soon built up. Problems with the coffee machine slso meant we had to go without. Room was clean and spacious. A lot of areas in the spa were out of order so it was basically a pool & sauna. Service in restaurant was poor and extremely slow. Food was generally good but not as described on the menu eg banoffee icecream was actually vanilla, and cherry cheesecake was actually strawberries & raspberries, neither of which was mentioned on ordering. But the worst was that one of our party had a large piece of greaseproof paper in their chicken pie. This meal was deducted from the bill but wasnt removed from the table and no substitute offered. "

"Was in Cambridge for a gig at the corn exchange and the hotel was the perfect location- Just a 3 minute walk! Hotel overall great - Room was good, staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. "

"Overall stay was okay. Room was fine, not the greatest curtains to keep the light The room was in the car park and the main bins where being emptied at 5am. The ev chargers did not work, despite the efforts of the evening reception staff. Breakfast was fine, but the evening meal menu lacked any real vegetarian options beyond a risotto. Overall, an okay stay. "

"Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath. "

"No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again."
