"All staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay as good as they could. Although a modern hotel , it doesn’t really cater for us older generation. Unable to use tv in our rooms, only via apps which we couldn’t use. 1 lift was out of order and the second lift kept failing, so the staff moved us 4 guests to the ground floor. Tv still no good there. It seems to be a business hotel, so not suitable for the visiting Ipswich leisure guest. Due to the difficulties with changing rooms, the bar running out of basic drinks, it spoilt our stay. Thankyou to all the staff for doing your best."

"My room had no electrivityy when I put card in They supposedly upgraded me to room 152 Electric on and settled in for night Slept as I was shattered At ;4 am I wen5 toilet onky ti be kept awake by air conditioning units outside Constant hum Not good and this was supposed to be upgraded room"

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming,our room was good, let us check in slightly early,our breakfast was nice good continental choices , bright breakfast room if I had to raise some negative comments ,walls are thin could hear next rooms TV till midnight,no vegan sausage at breakfast tea bag marks splashed on wall room 42 😊"

"Our room was very clean and stylish, bathroom and shower were perfect. Our only negative was that we couldn’t get a cocktail at 11pm when we returned from dinner, such a shame as we would have liked to finish our wedding day with a celebratory cocktail."

"Quiet and comfortable stay"

"The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."
