"Room was tidy and as clean as could be considering it's not a modern motel, Staff very helpful and friendly. Just a 5 minute easy walk to major shopping centre. Loved the balcony at the back of my room overlooking the natural bush. Very quiet location. Aircon worked well and was quiet. Also loved I could open windows for fresh air which many modern rooms don't offer. Overall a very good experience, I will stay again."

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner!
The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out.
Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "
