"Im going to be honest here; early check-in is not an option. Weve been made to wait 1.5hrs after check-in time, but were given bar vouchers so fair play on staff trying to make do. Shower sink took ages to clear water, room window was opening all the way (I was with 2 small kids). Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. "
